Dr. Asma Abdullah

Asma conducts regular workshops and coaching sessions for managers in Human Resource Development, Leadership and Supervisory Management, Organizational Behavior, Cross Cultural Management and Managing Organizational Change at both local and foreign universities and in corporate organizations.

She has worked closely with mainly Anglo Saxon managers in understanding the culture of the country they have been assigned to in the Asia Pacific region as well as with local Malaysian managers to enable them to understand their own cultural conditioning. She has written and published more than 40 articles on culture, women, training and development and authored 3 books Understanding the Malaysian Workforce, Going Glocal published by Malaysian Institute of Management and Understanding Multicultural Malaysia by Pearson-Prentice Hall.

Datuk Atikah Adom

Datuk Atikah has spent 28 years in Bank Simpanan National (BSN), a large and established national savings bank. Her career in the banking industry culminated in her assuming the role of Director of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, Director of BSN Finance Bhd and Director of Permodalan BSN Bhd. She brings a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of corporate experience including international exposure with Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, London.

Her work focuses mainly on Corporate Etiquette, Communications and Motivational seminars for organisations in government, corporate and NGOs. She is actively involved in several leading national NGOs related to childhood education and development and lends her expertise to these organisations.

Dr. Peter Shephard
Peter has been working in South East Asia since 1977. He specializes in Whole Brain Leadership, Thinking and Learning as well as Human Resources and Organization Development, Teambuilding, Talent Management and Corporate Culture, Change Leadership and Knowledge Management. He travels widely, frequently presenting papers at international conferences.

Peter also works as an Executive Coach for senior managers and professionals who are undertaking global assignments. This includes personality traits, thinking styles and competency profiling. He is a regular contributor to journals on Culture, Management, Organization Development and Human Resource Management. He has had five books published on Career Development, Self Management and Whole Brain Learning and Thinking, Multicultural Team Leadership and his recent book together with a DVD titled Personality Matters. Peter is a faculty member of several University Masters and Doctoral Degree programs locally and abroad.

Chun Choy Yin

Chun focuses alot of his work on service management and emotional inelligence. He was instrumental in setting up the very first Wynn Academy and Knowledge Centre in Macau and established the career development and learning performance platform for over 7,000 Wynn employees.

Chun was previously consultant and facilitator of the Malaysian Institute of Management, Open University Malaysia and Nokia Telecommunications Singapore where he played a major role in the design of service quality programs. He is certified in several human resource tools and assessments such as Six Seconds Emotional Intelliegence, Emergenetics (thinking and behavioural profiling) DiSC personality profiling and HBDI whole brain thinking profiling. He also holds an MBA from Henley Management College, UK.

Annette Moench

Annette has worked more than 17 years in different areas and various functions within international organisations focusing on areas such as organisational development, process consultancy and change management. This exposure has helped her acquire leadership experience in international teams where she has lead and accompanied numerous multicultural projects in more than 25 countries.

Annette is a certified coach, international consultant, facilitator and cultural agent based in Munich, Germany. She is a licensed trainer of MBTI and TMS; tools for personality, teams and leadership development. She has lead international workshop and conferences with more than 1000 participants using large group intervention and interaction.

Her scope of activities involve in-depth changes and coaching, designing organisational systems and processes to attain new heights at the individual, teams as well as corporate levels. Annette's passion lies in the area of life and business transformation.

Audrey Goh

Audrey is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She is a very passionate, practical and proactive trainer who is constantly occupied with developing, designing and delivering training programs for a broad spectrum of clients. Audrey has served as Training Manager for the Pan Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Holiday Inn Miri, Hyatt Regency Johor Bahru, Hotel Nikko Kuala Lumpur and Olympia Leisure Sdn Bhd.

In addition to her local training experience, Audrey has accomplished many professional facilitation assignments in Malaysia. She has also been involved with significant facilitation work involving community development for an international NGO in capacity-building workshops for grassroots women leaders in Kenya, Colombia, Australia, England and the Philippines. Audrey also presents regularly at both local and international conferences and forums and has enjoyed speaking engagements throughout Malaysia, as well as in Singapore, India and in USA.
